📜 Server Rules & Regulations
Fletcher SMP is a wholesome, grief-free realm. All players must follow these core guidelines:
- No Griefing: Stealing or destroying player claims is strictly prohibited. Zero-Grief guard will auto-ban offenders.
- No Hacked Clients: X-Ray, Fly, Killaura, or automated bot scripts are strictly banned.
- Respectful Voice Chat: Do not scream, play ear-rape audio, or harass others in proximity voice chat.
- Fair Economy: Duping items or abusing exploits results in an immediate permanent hardware ban.
🏰 Land Claiming & Town System
Protect your builds with our land claim system using a Golden Shovel:
/claim — Right click 2 opposite corners with a Golden Shovel to set your claim
- Trusting Friends: Use
/trust [username] to give a friend access to your claim.
- Sub-claiming: Create private chests or doors inside claims using
/subdivideclaims.
- Abandoning Claim: Use
/abandonclaim while standing in your claim to delete it.
🎙️ 3D Proximity Voice Chat Setup
Communicate naturally with nearby players in 3D spatial directional audio:
Press key "V" in-game to open Voice Chat Settings Menu
- Push-to-Talk vs Voice Activation: Select your preferred microphone input and keybind inside the "V" menu.
- Distance Slider: Adjust how far your voice carries (Default: 18 blocks).
- Group Channels: Create private voice channels for your clan using
/voice group.

👑 Store Ranks & Permanent Perks
Store rank perks persist across all season wipes permanently:
- VIP Rank ($5):
/fly ability, VIP kit, custom nametag role.
- MVP Rank ($20): All VIP+ perks, 3x spawner speed,
/repair command.
- LEGEND Rank ($350): God-tier status, custom server NPC, lifetime perks across all future wipes.
